Lady's Finger -Health Benefits Lady's finger scientific name Abelmoschus esculentus, known in many English speaking countries as ladies finger or ochre is a flowering plant in the mallow family. Recipe: Ingredient: lady's finger - 250gm onion -2 green chili -1 coconut grated - 3 spoon mustard and urad dal - 1 teaspoon curry leaves curd 1spoon salt as required Method: 1. Wash the lady's finger thoroughly in water. And slice into small pieces. 2. Keep a pan on the stove and pour 2 tablespoons of refined oil and add mustard  and urad dal,  when mustard crackled, then add onion, and chili,  and stir it well. 3.
